With an entrance to the 26km Cavan Way walking trail on your doorstep in the village, what better place to embark on an interesting trek? Discover the magic of hills and valleys, old ruins and picturesque lakes in the vicinity.

If you fancy a more leisurely way of seeing the countryside, why not take a drive through the many attractive routes that take you to the heart of the real Ireland? There are also interesting visitor attractions in the hinterland - you can venture underground at Marble Arch caves in nearby Fermanagh, for instance!
